Filesharing and Detainee Transfers
Posted on Thursday, November 26th, 2009 at 8:12pmI managed to put together another couple of articles today. The first in the list is a summary of what's been going on with respect to Richard Colvin's claims that Afghan detainees were transferred to Afghan officials where they most likely faced torture. This story has been all over the news in Canada this week and is definitely a matter of importance in my mind when we consider the objectives of the Canadian military in Afghanistan, especially since over 50% of Canadians believe Colvin's testimony.
The next article is about the recent changes to the world of filesharing, specifically torrenting sites.
In order to make up for the lack of links to other news yesterday, I figured I'd post a lot more today! So here goes!
