No Post Today!
Posted on Friday, November 27th, 2009 at 8:10pmI'm taking a break today, 6 articles this week seems like it was enough! I'll resume on Monday with brand spankin' new content (hopefully).
In the meantime, here are some links of interest!
The last link I included is hosted by people who obviously think global warming is a conspiracy. I'd like to remind people that although some scientists falsify their results, once they are found out they are made examples of for future generations of science students. Although it's possible that climate change may have been exaggerated in some publications (though unlikely), it's is improbable that such falsification would be widespread. Also make sure to remember that statistical analyses of data often requires numerous tries before a good pattern is found. People often refer to such analyses as tricks. These tricks shouldn't be confused with the kind of trick you play on someone. Anyways, I just wanted to make that clear for any further stories you may be hearing.
Depending on how this story unfolds over the weekend and next week, there may be sufficient information available for me to write a more substantial post on the subject, but for now I'll leave it at this and limit my speculation.
